Activity reports
In accordance with the provisions of Article 46-4 of Act no. 1.362 of 3 August 2009, amended, pertaining to the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing and corruption. The AMSF will draw up an annual report on its activities, which will be submitted to the Minister of State, Secretary of Justice, the Director of Legal Services and the President of the National Council,and maintains detailed statistics for this purpose. This report is made public.
